A diet which changes your metabolism

* Avoid eating at night, but in case you’re hungry, eat fruits or vegetables.

* Try to forget about French fries, enjoy instead boiled, steamed or grated meat.

* Cook with olive oil as it is healthy and favorizes digestion. It breaks down more easily than other oil types.

* Avoid butter, margarine and fatty foods in overall. Eat low fat yogurts, those with fibers or cereals are quite tasty.

* Pick sweets instead of lipids. They break down more easily and are not deposited as fast as lipids.

* Avoid pastry, pasta, white bread. Whenever you want, eat black bread.

* Don’t consume carbonated drinks. If you need to choose between light or sweetened drinks, opt for the first as artificial sweeteners are only damaging in their pure form and not in sparkling drinks.

* Don’t forget about daily exercise. If you can’t go to gym, at least walk a few miles any time you have the opportunity.

* Probably at first you’ll gain a bit weight back. However, you don’t need to return to harsh diets, just follow this type of alimentation and eventually you’ll reach weight loss goal!
